PHILOSOPHY

The High Performance Program (HPP) by provides an off-season technical baseball and strength and conditioning training option for players aged 14-18 at a fraction of the price of comparable academies. There is no need to change high schools, all programming is offered at Turf Training Centre, Commonwealth Rec Centre, Home Run Sports and NAIT outside of school hours. This complete athlete development program also features Life Skills presentation topics from local subject matter experts to enhance the athlete's personal and athletic development while preparing for next season, post-secondary and life.

LIFE SKILLS PROGRAM presented by local subject matter experts

The sport of baseball provides naturally for many life lessons, both on and off the field. The High Performance Program (HPP) will enhance that by way of incorporating various Life Skills topics throughout the program. This will provide our athletes with a more well-rounded and enlightening experience through presentations, small projects and mentorship from subject matter experts. Topics will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Community Engagement
  • Athletic Health & Nutrition
  • Sports Psychology & Goal-Setting
  • Baseball Theory
  • Baseball Video Analysis
